We take a proactive approach

While many builders put the responsibility of finding issues on the homeowner, some problems aren’t easy to spot. At the one year mark, we’ll come to your home and carefully walk through it with you to ensure everything is good.

Your Journey home warranty features:

One Year “Bumper to Bumper” Coverage - This covers general workmanship and faulty materials such as nail pops, drywall cracks and any interior door adjustments needed. A Journey representative will walk through the home with you at the one year mark to look for issues.

Two Year Defect Coverage - We warranty against defects caused by faulty installation of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems for a full two years.

Four Year Roof Coverage - We offer a four year-warranty against defects in the roof caused by faulty workmanship or defective materials used in your new home.

Ten Year Structural Coverage - We warranty against major structural defects for a period of ten years.
