Ronya and her husband David have a blended family of four children and just recently became empty nesters. However, they still have three German Shepherds at home to keep them busy. They love to spend time with their children, family and dogs. Aside from that, they love to go kayaking and bowling with friends, and Ronya volunteers regularly at the VFW, a place that is dear to her as both of her grandfathers, two uncles, and her son, Damon all were in the military.

Brad Plett has been married to his wife Lisa for over 25 years and they have 4 sons. He has been employed with the company since 1994 and has held various positions over the years. He served as Construction Supervisor from 1997-2007. He was promoted to President in 2008. As President, he oversees site development and is involved in each building project to make sure everything is handled properly and is on schedule. Brad's desire is that every Journey customer is satisfied with a job well done. In his time away from Journey, Brad enjoys camping, snowmobiling, and spending time with his family. Brad also holds a Michigan Builders License.

Titus Troyer has been involved in various phases of the Journey team. He works closely with all aspects of the building process and is an advisory to all the different departments from sales to completion. He is involved in the final walk-through and closing of your new home. Titus is active in his local church and helps organize the annual Accapella Gospel Sing that is held in the local community. He is also an avid outdoorsman and in the fall, you can find him in the timber. He and his wife, Sharon, have four sons.
